I love creating things—whether it’s stories, photos, visual art, immersive experiences or businesses. 

Professional focus

My dream is to help people heal, grow and transform using creative expression, depth psychology and storytelling.

I spent the past decade developing leadership and business building programs. 4 years ago, I co-founded Upshot Impact, supporting +350 tech leaders, VC’s and entrepreneurs across the EU to drive leadership transformation and build thriving MT dynamics.

Over the past 3,5 years, I’ve immersed myself in Jungian thought, dream analysis and mythology (i.e., anything written by Marion Woodman, Marie-Louise von Franz, Peter Kingsley and Carl G. Jung). This led to me training to become an Integrative Psychotherapist in Antwerp, Belgium.

Creative work

My art explores womanhood, love, longing and the pursuit of inner truth. I recently completed Sophia’s Tears, a collection of 28 poems about reclaiming one’s body and voice after loss and heartbreak.

I’m currently writing my first novel, Gaia, a coming-of-age story about a teenage girl whose mother disappears in Colombia, and the aftermath of this loss on an already tattered family.

My stories have been published in Voices of the Well, a Jungian magazine dedicated to feminine individuation and mythic imagination. You can find me performing poetry in open mic nights across Amsterdam.

I was born in Maastricht, the Netherlands in 1991. After 10 years of running ’round the world, I happily call Amsterdam home.
