About Me

About
At heart, I love creating things—whether it’s stories, visual art, photos, transformative experiences or a business.
My dream is to help people heal, grow and transform using integrative psychotherapy, creative imagination and systemic work.
I spent the past decade developing leadership programs. 5 years ago, I co-founded Upshot Impact, supporting +350 tech leaders, entrepreneurs and investors across the EU to drive leadership transformation and build thriving MT dynamics.
Over the past 5 years, I’ve immersed myself in Jungian analysis, individuation and mythology (i.e., anything written by Marion Woodman, Marie-Louise von Franz, Peter Kingsley and Carl G. Jung). This led to me training to become an Integrative Psychotherapist (EAP accredited) at the Educatieve Academie (VIVES Hogeschool) in Antwerp, Belgium (2023-2027), which takes an experiential and client-focused approach to psychotherapy.
My art explores womanhood, love and the pursuit of inner truth. I recently completed Sophia’s Tears, a collection of 28 poems about reclaiming one’s voice and body.
I’m currently finishing my first novel, Het leven is geen ponykamp, a coming-of-age story about Gaia, a teenage girl whose mother disappears in Colombia, the aftermath of this loss on their family.
My stories have been published in Voices of the Well, a Jungian magazine dedicated to feminine individuation and mythic imagination. You can find me performing poetry in open mic nights across Amsterdam.
I was born in Maastricht, the Netherlands in 1991. After 10 years of running ’round the world, I happily call Amsterdam home.
